Refund Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Intuitibits (for example, via our website or a secure payment link resulting in a license key).

Purchases made through Apple’s platforms, including the Apple Mac App Store and App Store, are processed and billed by Apple. As a result, Intuitibits does not have access to those transactions and cannot issue refunds for them. Any refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple through their official process and are subject to Apple’s terms and approval.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Direct Purchases)

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for first-time purchases made directly from Intuitibits. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To keep the policy fair and sustainable, the following conditions apply:

  • The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
  • Limited to one refund per product, per customer
  • Does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional license purchases
  • Applies only to direct purchases from Intuitibits

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of clear misuse or abuse of this policy.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue, we recommend contacting us before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly. If the issue cannot be resolved and prevents normal use of the product, we will honor the refund request within the 14-day period.

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Order number or receipt (if available)

Providing a brief reason is optional but appreciated, as it helps us improve the product.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
